Whoops jam

Tonight's lesson learnt is that bags of fruit should always be labelled before being frozen.
I made some jam with fresh strawberries and what I thought were gooseberries.
It became apparent, though, whilst I was mashing the fruit that gooseberries don't have stones. I'd used plums. Albeit very small plums. Plums about the size, and colour of gooseberries.
So liz has christened this batch " David's Whoops Jam"
