Shrub

The blackcurrant shrub was bottled tonight after stewing for a couple of months.
It's very sweet; almost cassis-like.
Seeing as how it is dark rum based, the taste of the alcohol has faded and seems just to give it a warming effect.
Also, if you look closely, you can see the gardener's soap that Iona made yesterday.
