The Televisor

I was at a pub today in helensburgh on the Clyde.Helensburgh was the birthplace of John logie Baird and our pub is named after him.
Earlier this year, a production company filmed a piece with his elderly daughter at the pub and they brought this piece of kit with them.
The insides are relatively simple - just a motor, a spinning disk and a lens by the looks of it.
It struck me though, that it would be the ideal subject for me to have a go at posting from the iPod. There is a certain synchronicity in drawing a line from one end of the technological spectrum to the other.
I wonder what J.L. Baird would have made of what I've just done?
