This week's obsession

I'm a contrary bugger.

I had asparagus once.
It was tasteless, pasty and mushy.
I have to say that I didn't really enjoy it.

However, Cousin Katie came to visit last week, she brought her organic veg box with her and we had gorgeous, lovely, tasty, crunchy asparagus.

Anyway, I now have a purpose built asparagus bed, planted with freshly purchased crowns.

I've laid down long term investments.

I'm definitely on the plot for the long haul.
