Had a bit of a gastro pub moment whilst cooking Liz's tea, caramelised balsamic onion, roast peppers, goat's cheese & walnut tartlet, washed down with a glass of real ale.
fear not for my blokey-quotient though, I'm cooking burgers & ribs to eat in front of the rugby later.
Most of this blog is about either the production or the consumption of food. Perhaps I should get another outlet.
